Architeam award-winning Ari Apartments is a residential development comprising of nine apartments, a ground floor retail tenancy, and a large rooftop terrace. The building is located in Hawthorn East, just east of Auburn Village in the heart of the historical brick-making area, and only a stone’s throw away from the original brickworks site itself. The structure comprises of suspended concrete slabs, in-situ columns, blockwork wall with steel and timber roof framing.

The façade of this building features hardwood screening with glazed shop fronts with the balance of the façade clad in Grampian Blue brick laid in a flemish bond pattern. Each of the nine apartment features two bedrooms, one bathroom, ensuite, lounge, kitchen, laundry and private balcony all finished off with the architect's selection of high-end finishes, off form concrete ceilings and white wash ply joinery with marble tops. As a requirement for the location, this mixed used development also incorporated a comb lift car stacking facility to accommodate 13 cars.
